Getting Started
Installation takes less than a minute:
- Visit the Chrome Web Store and search for "TrackPack"
- Click "Add to Chrome" and confirm
- Click the TrackPack icon in your browser toolbar
- Sign in with your Google account
That's it! TrackPack will automatically start scanning your Gmail for shipping emails.
Yes, there's a free plan. You can track up to 5 packages at no cost. The free plan includes:
- Track up to 5 active packages
- Automatic email scanning
- Updates every 6 hours
- 7-day delivery history
Need more? Pro ($5/month) gives you unlimited packages, faster updates (every 30 minutes), unlimited history, and extra features like data export and package archiving.
TrackPack requests read-only access to your Gmail:
- Can read: Emails containing shipping-related keywords
- Cannot: Send, delete, or modify any emails
- Cannot: Access contacts or other Google services
You can revoke access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions
Features
TrackPack automatically scans your Gmail inbox for shipping notification emails. When it finds one, it extracts the tracking number and carrier information, then fetches the latest delivery status.
Supported retailers and carriers include Amazon, USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and many more.
TrackPack supports most major carriers including:
- US carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, LaserShip, OnTrac
- Amazon: Full support including items without traditional tracking numbers
- International: Many international carriers via Ship24 integration
Update frequency depends on your plan:
- Free: Every 6 hours
- Pro: Every 30 minutes + manual refresh anytime

Archiving (Pro only) lets you move delivered packages out of your main view while keeping them in your history. This keeps your dashboard clean but preserves your tracking records.
You can view archived packages anytime by switching to the "Archived" tab.
Yes, Pro users can export their complete tracking history. Your data belongs to you, and you can take it with you anytime.
Privacy & Security
Yes. We take privacy seriously:
- Read-only access: We can only read emails, never send or delete
- Minimal data storage: We only store tracking numbers and delivery status, not your full emails
- Encrypted: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- No selling data: We never sell your information to third parties
We store:
- Tracking numbers and carrier names
- Retailer names from shipping emails
- Delivery dates and status updates
We don't store:
- Your email password (Google handles authentication)
- Full email content
- Personal messages or non-shipping emails
- Uninstall the extension: Removes local data immediately
- Revoke Gmail access: Visit Google permissions

Troubleshooting
Try these steps:
- Make sure the shipping email is in your Gmail inbox (not spam or another account)
- Wait for the next automatic scan, or upgrade to Pro for manual refresh
- Check that you've granted Gmail access in the extension
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Gmail account
This can happen for a few reasons:
- Carrier delay: The carrier hasn't updated their system yet
- Pre-shipment: Label created but package not picked up
- Sync timing: Free users get updates every 6 hours
Pro users can click the refresh button anytime for instant updates.
Currently, TrackPack supports one Gmail account at a time. You can switch accounts by disconnecting and reconnecting in the extension settings.
- Right-click the TrackPack icon in your browser
- Select "Remove from Chrome"
- Optionally, revoke Gmail access at Google permissions
Billing & Subscription
Click the "Upgrade" button in the extension or visit the pricing page on our website. Payment is handled securely through Stripe.
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll be moved back to the Free plan.
If you're not satisfied with Pro within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime but refunds are not available for partial months.
